The lymphatic massage is the optimal companion to any CRYO treatment.

The lymphatic system transports excess water, proteins and waste products from the connective tissue back into the bloodstream. During transport, the lymph is cleaned, filtered and concentrated. Many immune reactions occur in the lymph node.
If the pathways become blocked, obstructed or damaged, fluids can accumulate in the connective tissue, which could lead to oedema and fibrosis.

As soon as there is damage in the connective tissue (e.g. chronic inflammation, ulcers, haematomas, etc.), the lymphatic system has to remove the damaged cells, inflammation products and toxins from the area. The faster this happens, the faster recovery occurs.
